Privacy Policy

IBSNC has both a public and password-protected website. The public website will not collect any information. IB coordinators may request a password and username for the internal website; this information will be used only for website login and will be verified against the organization’s current list of IB coordinators and related staff.

Registrants for IBSNC’s roundtable will be required to enter their names, emails, and school affiliations. This information will be used for communication purposes regarding the roundtable event, for sign-in at the event, and for follow-up surveys after the event.

No names, emails, school affiliations, or any other personal information will be shared outside the IBSNC organization except as required for roundtable registration payment purposes.
