IBSNC Member Grants

The IB Schools of North Carolina will provide a certain number of grants each year to a teacher, IB coordinator or other member of an IBSNC member school to support opportunities for the growth of the IB programme in their school.  In order for a member of the IB school to receive a grant, the school employee must submit the Grant Application by November 15th.  The IBSNC Grant Committee will review all grant applications submitted by the annual deadline and select the grant proposals to be funded for that year.  The number of grant proposals awarded annually will be determined each year by the IBSNC Executive Committee and will be based on the IBSNC annual budget allotment and the range and relevance of the grant proposals received.

Grant proposals will be assessed by the following priorities:

  • How many students impacted
  • Time period to be covered
  • Sustainability
  • How this enhances the program
