IBSNC Member Grants

The IB Schools of North Carolina will provide a certain number of grants each year to a teacher, IB coordinator or other member of an IBSNC member school to support opportunities for the growth of the IB programme in their school. 

This year there will be two rounds of grant applications if funds permit:

For the fall, the school employee must submit the Grant Application between 2 September 2022 and 30 September 2022. 

For the spring, grant application dates will be posted once funding is confirmed.

The IBSNC Grant Committee will review all grant applications submitted by the deadline and select the grant proposals to be funded for that year.  The number of grant proposals awarded during each cycle will be determined each year by the IBSNC Executive Committee and will be based on the IBSNC annual budget allotment and the range and relevance of the grant proposals received.

Grant proposals will be assessed by the following priorities:

  • How many students impacted
  • Time period to be covered
  • Sustainability
  • How this enhances the program
